Structures and Integration
In addition to the design, analysis, manufacture, and test of structures for spaceflight, Vivace also offers integration of spaceflight components, including propulsion elements, avionics and power systems, communication components, environmental control systems, crew systems, and all associated tubing, plumbing, and wiring.
Vivace has the capability to design, manufacture, and install feedlines, tubing, and wiring elements, including functional checks, oxygen-clean installation, and other spaceflight-specific integration tasks.
Vivace specializes in design, analysis, manufacture, and test of cryogenic propellant tanks for launch vehicles up to 22 feet (6.7 m) in diameter, friction stir welded high performance metallic structures, lightweight composite structures, and composite overwrapped pressure vessels (COPVs).
Composite Overwrapped Pressure Vessels (COPVs)
Vivace designs and builds COPVs that are among the highest performing in the world, and at lower prices than many other COPV suppliers due to our state-of-the-art manufacturing technique. Our COPVs are of the highest quality, and we pride ourselves on repeatability and on-time delivery. Vivace has provided COPVs for spacecraft and launch vehicles, including those for use on man-rated missions.
Friction Stir Welded Pressure Vessels
Vivace manufactures friction stir welded pressure vessels for spaceflight and other industries. We have designed habitable modules for spaceflight, as well as propellant tanks in a wide range of sizes.
